Spring Valley — 8.3/10 Rating (based on 8 neighborhood reviews)
I’m not from Vegas but to my knowledge this part of town has really began to develop in the past few years. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, any services you could think of and several grocery stores to choose from. It’s quiet and a quick 15 drive from Red Rocks if you want to get away from the city. Really residential over here too so lots of families and parks and fun things to do.

The neighborhood is nice. Mostly other apartment buildings nearby, but it’s only a short drive to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the strip. Also not too far of a drive to get to the 215. Lots of families live in this area.

Great so far! I moved from a more dangerous part of town so I appreciate how safe this area feels. Proximity is good too. It is close to grocery stores, the Strip, and 5 miles from the school. There's a track for me to run nearby too.
