North Green Valley, Henderson is a great location if you don’t want to be right by the strip but are still looking for a somewhat young area. Probably a lot of young families here. This APT location is SO close to grocery stores, local casinos, restaurants, and a lot of other Boyd students.

I love the area and neighborhood surrounding the complex. It’s extremely close to a few shopping centers and a 10 minute drive to the mall and Green Valley Ranch. There are a ton of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It’s also a 12-15 minute drive to campus and there is never traffic

It is on the edge of Henderson, East Las Vegas, and Boulder City, right off Boulder Highway. People say different things about Boulder Highway, but I would just take the drive up and down myself.
