Great value for what you pay for.

The only cons I've found are probably typical of any apartment complex, and, like other complexes, you're at the mercy of the politeness of your neighbors a lot. I also wish the floors had been built a bit better, as they as subject to a good amount of squeakiness.

Lots of unsolved issues with apartment

5 management rating Reviewed by on

Reasonably priced, however, when it's hot or cold, heating/ac unit doesn't work because there are several maintenance through out the year. Water gets cut quite a bit for maintenance. Gym machine doesn't work half the time. There are three pools, one has opened the the past two years. Rent is the lowest compared to other apartments. I safety issues, just be sure to lock car door and unit door. Good location, bus stops 50 ft from apartment, grocery stores, restaurants in walking distance.

The Station on Central

8 management rating Reviewed by on

The Station on Central was very last minute decision for me, but the management worked with me to get moved in as swiftly as possible. Management always addressed my concerns quickly and with care. The apartment complex was renovated just before I moved in, so I was the first to use all of my appliances. The lightrail also runs directly in front of the building, so transportation is relatively easy. Each apartment also has its own parking spot inside a relatively secure garage.

Cheaper Option Away from Downtown

3 management rating Reviewed by on

This apartment complex is good for people who want to be close to downtown without paying downtown prices. We pay $1055 for 700 sq ft, which is way less for the same space downtown. Also, it's right on the light rail, so you don't have to pay for parking on campus. The pool is really nice too! However, although maintenance is very responsive, management can be very slow--it will take multiple emails/phone calls to get things done.

Do Not Rent from Wentworth!

4 management rating Reviewed by on

The pictures of the apartments online look nice but don't be fooled. The apartments are dirty, the buildings have cockroaches, neighbors are noisy and the lawn is constantly covered in trash. The apartment staff are nice, but they will only do so much to help you. We are kicked out of our apartment for an entire day to spray for bugs nearly once a month, so we have to take our dogs to daycare and have to deal with chemicals in our home, otherwise we will be charged huge fees. These apartments are cheap, but any money you will save you will end up spending on fees, bug traps, and safety measures.
