Great neighborhood, convenient, awesome amenities
This is the perfect apartment for me, my boyfriend, and my dog. We live in a first floor unit which includes a fenced in patio, something that is near impossible to find in an apartment (especially in a nice neighborhood for a reasonable price!) I never have to worry about walking my dog alone, even in the dark. The complex also includes a small gym, a saltwater pool, a dog park, and a fishing pond that we've enjoyed using. The apartment itself is a 1 bed, 1 bath with an updated kitchen and bathroom (which I love), new carpet between each tenant, and a walk in closet with laundry hookups. For us, it was perfect! Another bonus is that maintenance is awesome at keeping all the units looking great. 10/10!
