Got it for the view

I recently moved to Chicago for work, and I saw a lot of places before settling with this one. The thing that stood out most to me, is the breathtaking view. Honestly, I felt like this was the place I needed to be, though the price was a little high. But I certainly recommend at least checking it out. It's a great spot.

I absolutely love living in this area. You can't beat having the lake on one side and million dollar homes on the other. It's also so convenient to get to work - I hop on the 151 which picks up right outside of the building and goes straight down Michigan ave within 2 blocks of my office. You're also close enough to bars/restaurants in Old Town and Clark/Division but far enough away to avoid all the noise and people.

Elm Street has plenty of walk-ups and has a nice neighborhood feel to it although it's only a couple minutes walk from the Mag mile. Close to plenty of good restaurants and fun bars of Gold Coast/Old Town

The neighborhood is really active with shops, restaurants, bars, and gyms all within a mile radius. The night life is really convenient being so close to division and wells street.

Extremely dog friendly. 2 blocks to Oak St or North Ave beaches. Half hour walk to LP zoo, 15 min to Mag Mile. Beautiful landscaping all around. Can't be beat.

The Gold Coast is definitely and expensive neighborhood. While there are many expensive restaurants, bars, and shops, it is a great, central location.
