Spacious apartments, but pricey for what you get

These apartments are extremely nice, but you definitely pay for that. Pros are it is very close to the Navy yard metro. Cons are the endless construction everywhere, along with the not-so-safe-but-up-and-coming neighborhood. The rooftop is great, with grills and a small pool and a great view of Nats stadium (close enough that you could hear the Taylor Swift concert recently!)
