Luxury Living, Almost DC costs

I've lived at Anthem House since moving back to Baltimore for residency. It is a new luxury apartment located in Locust Point with a focus on not only amazing amenities but a lean on fitness culture with their amazing gym and included fitness classes.

The apartment's location convenient in so many ways: 1) it is one block from the famous crab house LP Steamers; 2) it is block away from the McHenry Row Shopping Center/Harris Teeters; and 3) it is a hop off I-95 and thus an easy <10 min commute to UMMC.

The amenities are also amazing ranging from: an infinity pool overlooking the harbor, a 12-hr concierge (and 24 hr front desk coverage), circulating security in the parking garage, A PARKING GARAGE, away from home pet/plant/random house things care, and various tenant events. Also, there are several awesome restaurants on the apartment premise (craft beer bar, Korean fried chicken, fancy Italian, soon to be fast burger joint and day spa...really).

I adore living at Anthem House and all its wonders, but it does come with a price tag. The smaller 1BR apartments start at >1.5k. I have one of the larger 1BR that, if I hadn't caught it on special, would be 2.5k. So keep that in mind. It's DC prices in Baltimore and you can definitely find cheaper rent if you need to.

Locust Point Reviews

It's very safe. Great to walk around and see the sights. Pet friendly location.
Locust Point is one of the most adorable neighborhoods in Baltimore. Easily safe to run/walk around at night, full of dog parks and corner bars, lots of neighborhoody activities. It's still got a very community feel to it despite all of the commercial building that is happening in the area. There are many young families as well as people who have lived here for generations.
