Great location!
I love the location of this apartment. It's a 5-minute drive to downtown, a few minutes to heights bars and restaurants, and right over the bayou trail. It's a 20-minute drive to school, which is not ideal, but great for people who want to live in an active neighborhood as Heights.

Great location!
Elan Heights is right on I-10 just northwest of downtown. The complex sits on the bayou which has a wonderful walking/bike trail that goes all the way to downtown. Because it is on I-10, it is easy to get to all areas of Houston, but especially downtown (where all the big firm offices and courthouses are) and to UofH. It is a bit pricey, but the location and amenities are worth it. The Heights is the coolest neighborhood in Houston and has many bars, restaurants, and stores to choose from. My balcony overlooks downtown and the views are amazing.
