Good enough to renew my lease

The maintenance guy is great and is around often. The main office is less accessible and less understanding. Great location and reasonable price. Studio is small but has a great layout. Rarely have problems with shared washer/dryer availability. There has been bike and package theft sporadically, but just lock your bike and pay attention to when packages are arriving.

A great option for the price!

The maintence guy of the property is very nice, competant, and responsive. The Ivy Management is the issue- it doesn't funnel your requests in a timely manner. The pro is that they have an office in Hyde Park, so I find it best to just walk over there and tell them you need something fixed.

The location is great. The 55 and 171 pick up a block away. At night, the UChicago Central Bus drops off right at the apartment's front door. Easy walks to the lake, Trader Joe's, and Target. The law school is about a 20min walk (but 15-17min if youre running late)
