Caoba review

The apartment itself is nice. The amenities are well designed. The price is very high and there are lots of non-negotiable fees ($35/month on Fetch package service) There is lots of construction and noise in the area resulting in power outages and dust. It is in a great location relative to the hospital and metro. It will probably be lovely and even more overpriced when the area is finished developing. The management is sometimes subpar but overall it is fine.
