Pretty good, has its bumps.

You can’t beat the location but the price hurts.

I think they can do a better job cleaning their gym area and in the main areas. My hallway consistently has an unpleasant smell. I tried putting an air freshener and it was stolen.

The management team has been friendly, however.

Extremely safe, not as pricey with roommates!

I found my roommate through Facebook, who is also a UC student, and met up with her beforehand. I managed to get a good deal where we each have our own room and bathroom. The property is extremely secure, and the people at the front desk are polite and extremely helpful. The building itself is super clean and safe (you need a special key to scan yourself in). There is free outside street parking, or a one time optional $50 charge for gated, garage parking. Any mail/amazon packages are sent to a secured mail room and after hours they put it in a parcel locker that you receive a code for. The only downside is it is in Corryville and at night can get kind of noisy. 20 minute walk to the Law School!

Expensive but worth the $

Stetson Square is expensive but well worth the money. The amenities are nearly impossible to beat, the staff is amazing, and since it is mostly grad students, it is a great environment for studying.

Expensive but worth the $

I love living at Stetson Square. It's expensive, but if you can afford it, it is worth the money. The amenities cannot be beat, the management staff is wonderful, and it is very safe. The location is nice, as the UC Shuttle stops two blocks from the front door and drops me off right in front of the law school.

Beyond the basic things that make it a great apartment building, the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience fun for residents. Every Friday, they throw a free happy hour from 4-6 in the lobby for residents to drink for free and hangout. In addition, they throw holiday parties and summer parties regularly (though all of this is on hold because of COVID, I literally can't wait for them to come back). I've got a friendly relationship with every staff member and have met a lot of residents at these types of events.

Love it.

The UC shuttle goes right by my building to the law school every weekday. The property is very safe and quiet, with mostly grad students. (Many medical students because of the location). The utilities are top notch, with a great pool, grills outside, a gym, game room, and movie theater. The floor plans are wonderful. It's not very cheap so there are probably better values to be had, but you definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance is responsive and wonderful, and friendly too. They often get food and drinks for the residents on Friday's as a fun way to celebrate the end of the week.
