Location

The location is perfect walking distance. The garage parking is invaluable especially in the rain and cold weather.

I like it

No complaints, management is good, units are good, amenities are good. A little bit of a hidden gem. Great location too. Huge closets.

Great location

There has been too much management turnover for my liking, but the property is close to school and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars in walking distance.
