I have a corner unit, it's 900 sqft and it's great!

It is a great place to live. I like that it is within walking distance to Kelley (20 minutes), in the downtown area, and in a safe neighborhood.

Overall solid. Gets the job done, furnishings new enough. Location is great. Pretty quiet because its insulated from 10th st and college ave. Ceilings are thin though so you can hear your neighbors walking around if they are heavy footed. Would recommend the 4th floor if you can get it (I'm on 2). Management has been great about communicating and sending maintenance when necessary.

New building, all the amenities look and work great. Surprisingly large bathrooms and closets for a studio. The included internet is pretty spotty, but free. Would recommend paying for another service if you require fast, stable internet. The views are underwhelming because of the location, but the large sliding glass doors provide lots of sunlight.

Can be a little loud sometimes (you can hear people in the hall pretty clearly). Otherwise, I’ve had no issues with the apartment.

Great location and apartment structure. New and clean - only issues have been regarding internet going out on occasion. Would love to take this apartment with me wherever I move.

Overall, I really like this building. The walls are pretty thick and the appliances are in good working order. Management has been slow to address maintenance issues this year, which has been frustrating at times, but otherwise I have very few complaints. Parking spots are limited and there is not a great option outside for street parking.

My apartment is gorgeous. Last year I had no issues with my apartment but this year we have been having internet issues and our elevator has been out for almost 4 weeks now with no notification of when it will be fixed. The management company hasn't been keeping us updated. But last year it was great! I had no issues. For those who don't want to buy parking there is a parking lot right outside of the apartment that can be used for free but it is uncovered. There are limited parking spots inside.
