Great management & location!!

I’ve really loved living at the Plaza!! The property manager Kenneth is amazing and so helpful and maintenance issues are always resolved very quickly. The apartment has parking, a gym, pool, and is right across the street from the McGovern Centennial Gardens and Hermann Park! It’s only about a 12 minute drive to school and I don’t have to get on the highway at all.

Museum District

The museum district itself is an amazing place to live in Houston. It provides a level of safety that many other areas can't. The apartment itself is very spacious with large floor plans but, some of the appliances are a little outdated. The management and maintenance team are very kind and responsive. The location is also a quick drive to University of Houston even during rush hour back roads only take 15 minutes.

Getting around Museum District

Museum District Reviews

14 reviews
Its a neighborhood that gets you closer to pretty much any location that events happen in Houston. Also it is very close to Rice campus and Hermann park which is great for outdoors activities.
Good accessibility to the med center/rice village (8 min drive), montrose (13 min), and anywhere else you want to go! Traffic gets backed up but that's literally everywhere in Houston. Some small crimes occur in higher frequency in this area (break ins or robberies), but not an overwhelming transient population. Close to the museums and Hermann Park.
Museum district provides many different things including Hermann Park and several different museums. The food around the area is also very good and safe to walk to.
Right next to Hermann park. Also next to Almeda where there is a lot of bad and aggressive drivers.
I LOVE the park! It is quiet and close to transit.
I wouldn’t go outside alone at night
Awesome location if you're into parks/museums!
Walkable neighborhood with lots of parks and restaurants nearby.
