727 W Madison Rental Experience
I've lived at 727 W Madison for 2+ years and I plan to stay here post-grad. Management is responsive, amenities are clean and plentiful. I love living here, even though it is pricey (it's worth it).

Amazing property! The building is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are amazing. The management company is also fantastic. The only downside is that the rent is expensive (I have a partner who helps with rent) and parking is not included. However it is extremely close to rush and walking distance to everything in west loop! Super fun area with a lot of bars and restaurants

Luxury Apartment with an Emphasis on Customer Service
If you are able to afford it, 727 West Madison is a fantastic place. Aside from your classic upscale amenities (gym with Pelotons, game room, pools, golf course simulator, dog park, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in every apartment, etc), I'd highlight two things in particular: resident events and customer service. Almost every week, there is some free event hosted by the apartment for residents. It ranges from catered breakfasts to wine nights to holiday parties (with DJ, photo booth, and dinner). They have all been fantastic. Customer service is also top notch. The staff is incredibly courteous, friendly, and quick to address any needs you may have.
