Lakewalk
Lakewalk management is horrible, they don't respond with any haste. Property is new and has nice amenities though,

Recommend renting w/ United
My experience renting a duplex has been very good. My neighborhood is quiet and mostly families, making it a great place for a grad student who needs to to focus on work and studying. United Realty has been good about maintenance requests and I would rent from them again.

Great Value, has some issues
Positives:
There are some phenomenal amenities here. There's a world class pool, dog park, cable park (if you like to wakeboard) basketball and volleyball courts, and bar / grill. It's nice to have stuff to do without having to drive to Northgate, the lake, etc. The kitchen has tons of cabinet space, granite counters, and is open floor plan style. Every room has it's own bathroom, but there's no half bath so visitors would have to use someone's. Rooms are very spacious. $450/month per person was incredible value, and there's some restaurants and a grocery store within a mile of the house.
Negatives:
There are a lot of undergrads at this location, so there can be some noise on Saturday nights. The train runs just outside of the complex, so depending on where you're located, you'll hear it (we're 2 rows in, only 1 row of house buffer). Our internet has been spotty, even after we upgraded from the base package, but we think this is a function of our landlord not necessarily the barracks as a whole
Recommendation:
If you want to live with other MBA students (Highly recommend reaching out to the rest of your class for roommates if you're not moving with a partner / family) this is a good place. Check the location of the house itself to make sure it's at least 4 roads away from the train tracks. before signing.
