Comfortable, Budget-Friendly Apartment in Residential Area
Shoreview is an upgraded apartment complex right next to Argo Park. I share an affordable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a roommate, and the place is modern and spacious. It comes with plenty of free parking, is close to a beautiful hiking trail on the river, and is in a quiet neighborhood. The downsides are it is a 40-minute walk to Ross and not super close to public transit so I drive to campus most days. The management team can also be slow to respond for minor maintenance issues (they are pretty good about more immediate needs).
