Park Lane Seaport reviews and highlights
- safe, clean, and new apartments
- great rooftop for summer days
- amazing views of the water and city
Park Lane
Awesome renovated apartments! Great community lobby space and rooftop for summer days. Only thing missing from the neighborhood is a CVS/Walgreens and a Grocery Store. If you have a car, this won't be an inconvenience to you but if you don't there are several Zipcars nearby.

Great location. Horrible management.
The location and roof deck are the only thing that keeps me. The management does not take care of long term tenants. We have asked multiple times for our unit to be upgraded and have even offered to move things out for the renovations and they would rather leave the old fixtures in to drive out current tenants .

Sun-filled apartment, tremendous value
With new residential apartment buildings in the Seaport gravitating towards micro-units and ever-smaller apartments, the quality and space afforded at Park Lane is unmatched. True community feeling within the two apartment towers. Great for young professionals, families, and empty nesters.

Park Lane - Best spot in seapor
The Park Lane Buildings in Seaport are awesome. They are right across the street from some of the best restaurants in Boston. Amazing views of water and city. Management company does great events. The apartments are safe, clean and new. It is very close walk to downtown, and even closer to the silver line!

Park Lane - Love it
The apartment complex at Park Lane | Seaport is always clean and staffed. We have had minor issues with out place which have been fixed in the same day or even within hours of notifying management. Very much enjoy it here and highly recommend it to others.

Great Location
We have lived in this community for over three years and really love the location. They recently renovated the lobby and community areas which adds curb appeal. I just wish the management was more loyal to long time residents and showed a willingness to make adjustments to current units to keep tennents.

Seaport Living
Living in the seaport area of Boston is amazing with all the new developments. The one downside is that there is yet to be a grocery store out side of the J Pace convenience store/deli. As they build more apartments and condos, I'm sure it will follow. They are supposed to be building other entertainment centers like a movie theater too so there's plenty to be excited about.
