Nice but old and sometimes loud
- Can get loud/rowdy outside at times
- Can hear through walls
- Building itself is outdated but the apartment itself is nice and renovated
- Cannot control thermostat

Cheap but a little rough
So this apt complex is full of families and some other students. The rent is cheap but it doesn’t feel very clean (bugs are an issue) and I had to call maintenance to fix things once a month on average (leaky tub, wet carpets from sewage backup, and for the bugs). Despite these inconveniences, this location is walkable to Stratford campus and very affordable. All utilities besides electric are included and they have communal washer/dryer units that can be virtually paid for with an app.

Residences at White Hall review
My experience here has been amazing so far. Rent at this apartment complex is one of the cheapest around the area without sacrificing quality of the apartment. Management team is quick at responding to any issues you have. Lastly, the place is only a 2-3 min drive from campus which saves you a long commute!
