One Greenway Review

This building is great! has wonderful staff and amenities. It's a little pricey and in a really populated area. It's also only a 7 minute walk to New England Law.

Upscale living with a homey feel

Living in an apartment building is great! But sometimes they feel sterile or like living in a hotel. One Greenway has a great balance of high-end luxury without compromising on the feel of home. The staff while incredibly professional, don't feel like hotel personnel but like friendly neighbors in a nice neighborhood. I love the location, it may not be as pretty as the Back Bay or Beacon Hill, but it's far more conducive to city-living. You're a 2 min walk from the Orange Line; a 5 min walk to the Red Line; a 10 min walk to supermarkets; the highway is right there and God forbid you need it, there's a Hospital 2 mins away.

It is a newer building so they are still working out the kinks and don't have enough front desk staff yet. There are times when there is no one to be found and packages can't be accessed or guests can't be checked in—but it's incredibly infrequent and will rectify itself as the building fills up.

Starbucks coffee in beautiful lounge areas, pet friendly, walk-through closets, beautiful appliances, tons of storage space and reasonable rent comparative to other buildings—I honestly don't know why anyone wouldn't want to live here!

Chinatown Reviews

5 reviews
Chinatown has great cheap food. Sometimes it can feel unsafe at night, but during the day it feels ok. There is a big presence of med/dental students and employees of Tufts Medical center
Chinatown is beautiful and super fun to walk around/explore. At night however some streets can be a little shady.
Great food!
There's a Chinatown grocery market nearby along with a movie theater, boston common, and easy access to the park street MBTA stop which makes it very easy to travel around Boston.
I loved the location, but I did not really explore much of Chinatown.
