Quiet, right up the road from DU next to City Park

I have lived at IMT at City Park for over a year now. The apartment is located directly across the street from City Park, which is a great place to walk, run, bike, and hang out. It is also only 2 miles up the road from downtown Denver, and a 15 to 20 minute drive on University from DU campus. The bus picks up and drops off a couple blocks away and goes directly to campus.

Additionally, the apartment complex has great amenities. There is a heated pool (open all year round), a hot tub, a gym, and a club room with free printers and computers. All apartments have in-unit washers and dryers, and my unit has a covered balcony. It is also right on E. Colfax, where there are great restaurants and bars.
