Bell Experience

For the most part I love my apartment. Sometimes I wish it was slightly closer to campus but the ones near DU are a lot less bang for your buck. Mine has a gym and a pool, both of which I get a lot of use out of, garage parking, locked mailboxes, in-room washer and dryer, and a fireplace. The only negatives I would mention are negatives that you would find in any apartment - loud neighbors, weird noises, etc.

Nice Apartment near light rail

It is only about a 15min walk from the light rail, then 10min light rail to the University. Very nice apartment with gym, year-round pool, dog park. Quiet community. About one mile from Landmark, which has excellent food and movie theater. A park one mile in each direction.

I love the neighborhood. good walking paths. good restaurants. trader joes is close.
I like the area, but there have been problems with crime/aggressive neighbors/ and my car has been broken into. Kind of a problem with any city so I can't really blame the area
its alright, has good services "walmart" and some restaurant
The neighborhood is fine but there is a crime issue. Many car break ins have occurred near us.
Quiet neighborhood.
Great neighborhood. So many things tk do at belleview station. Farmers market during summer, bazaar market during fall and winter, dog park, beer g a rden, close to parks and great walking paths. Good access to transportation.
It's a suburb of Denver, very nice. Family oriented. There are tons of restaurants nearby.
Great for walking and we love Southmoor park!
