I like my little place here, but it's nothing special.
I live on the first floor so I have a patio. There's a pool, a dog park and washing station, a laundry area. None of which are super well maintained, but they're there! I wish we had in-unit laundry. As far as maintenance goes, it's a little older of a building, so we did have a leak once. Also, because of the age of the buildings, you can ONLY have the heat or the air conditioning on, and they generally switch everyone between the two in May/October. But it's a good location (about 1/2 way between Denver and Boulder) and an okay price.
