Swag

Brand new building, apartments and views are gorgeous. Roof decks, pool table and grill amenities are fantastic. Perfect location in the growing seaport district. Parking garage is pretty expensive but can park in seaport hotel garage for $95 a month, it's right across the street.

Love waterside place

I've been living at waterside place for around 2 years now and I can't say enough good things about it. It's pet friendly, has great common areas and a very nice gym. I love the up and coming location, every few weeks a new bar or restaurant is opening up. The area around the apartment is extremely safe. The front desk is helpful and friendly. Whenever we've had an apartment issue the management company has fixed things very promptly. One time my garbage disposal broke on Christmas eve and they fixed it that day. I don't want to move anytime soon!

Great apartment complex, not so great location

This is hands-down one of the nicer places to stay around Boston and there's some great restaurants nearby. Only issue is, there's only buses for public transit and I end up using a lot of taxi/ubers to go places if I'm in a hurry. The silver line's really only slightly better than the bus system, but not as easy to use as actual subway. It also means that there's a lot of transfers necessary to get anywhere. Other than using public transit though, it's a great place!

Waterside Place is Great

We moved into waterside place in seaport last summer and love it. The residents are fairly quiet, the commute to work is easy as I90 and I93 are blocks away, and the management is efficient. The views of the water aren't so bad either. We pay $375 / parking on top of rent. The only gripe is I wish there was a pool.
