Good price
It’s a fine place. The price is good and the apartments are spacious. But there are several issues as well and no AC or dishwasher or anything more luxurious like that. But they are renovating units now as people move up and I think those are more expensive. It’s a great location for usd

Good for 1st time renters
I appreciate how close this apartment is to USD, and am thankful we have a month to month lease. I just wish there were more facilities on site, and there was more places to go to within walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the complex that takes you straight to campus and Old Town that is super helpful!
