Beautiful Apartment, Not Beautiful Service

Bay Parc Plaza is a beautiful complex and is in a great location. However, the leasing agents and management are very unreceptive and do not provide you with quality service. There are also hidden utility fees that you do not get told about. I am not renewing my lease and advise people to look into other apartments before renting here.

Great for Pets... Not so great for Humans

This apartment complex is great for pets. But the mess they leave dosnt work with humans. Management dosnt respond well at pet complaints since we do live in a pet friendly building. But there should a point where management steps in. Lots of hidden fees on the monthly bill statement.
