- residents don't seem to clean after their pets

Great location, nice people
The location is the greatest part of this building. The people are generally friendly but management is difficult to deal with, they always assume the worst of you and are very rude. There are a lot of security officers but it doesn't seem very safe.

Very convenient. Very social. Great amenities, love the fitness classes. Studio is extremely spacious, three big closets. Great views, try for a high floor. Maintenance responds quickly and for the most part, efficiently. Lots of young folks live here.

Wish there were hardwood floors
This building is centrally located in the heart of South Beach with great views of the bay which is a huge plus and probably the only reason it got any positive stars.
Negatives include:
-The ridiculous cost of parking: $150 / car
-Gym membership not included
-Residents who don't seem to clean after their pets. My dog has been sick ever since we moved in here. That being said we still have to pay rent for the dog. $50/ mo
- Worst of all, the entire building has carpet as a standard. In what world would a building want carpet in every apartment. It feels like a ploy to not have to return our deposit.
- The so called laundry in the unit is basically a waste of space. Never used it once. Can only hold 5 items in it.
I am very disappointed with this building.
