They just need your money
The management does not treat you the same way after signing the lease. Very late to fix issues. Always trying to put the blame on the tenants. Very money minded. The only good thing is that it is close to a lot of facilities. Most of the times the laundry is not working, or people will throw out your clothes for them to use, without being able to wait a few mins.
Avoid this place like the flu, don't do the mistake that we did. Go here if money is your only criteria and you do not mind living with bugs.

Lake Meadows- Okay Apartments
Life is easy people are friendly. Good view of lake and Chicago downtown if you get lucky with apartment unit. Also has shopping complex and good universities and schools near by. Gets more unsafe just 10 blocks from this property. Everything else is great.

Lake Meadows Review
It's a good apartment for the rent I am paying. Grocery shop, LA Fitness and other shops are a few minutes away. Close to IIT. Downtown is 30 minutes away. CTA stop very close to the building. Management is not responsive at times. They charge unnecessary fees while transferring to another apartment when the lease ends.
