Good amount of space, nice amenities, but steep rent
The apartment is very nice and spacious. Beautiful rooftop (lounge chairs, grills, etc.) with views of the city, located very close to the Empire State Building. Gym in building ($50/month), friendly doormen, and small park/green space in the back (public during the day, gates close and becomes residents-only at night). Washer/dryer on every floor. Close to multiple subway stops. Biggest negative is that elevators can take a while (50 floors) and often have to wait for the next elevator because of COVID restrictions. Rent is high but you are paying for location and amenities.

Great location and friendly building
The building is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and attentive. They take care of any needs that you have and are always available. The building has a beautiful rooftop with an indoor sky lounge and incredible views outside. The rent is high, but is in large part due to the location and the amenities provided in the building.

Instrata NoMad
Access to the N, R and 6 trains. 3 minute walk to Mad Sq Park. Building is newly renovated. Amazing doormen. The units are small and overpriced but have a lot of storage. All amenities close at 11pm which is really annoying. You have to pay extra to use the gym in the building.
