Great reno of an old apartment

Pros: excellent, responsive management; competitive rates; good square footage; recently renovated.
Cons: old property (they spray biweekly for bugs, but we still have problems); faulty plumbing.

A Decent Little Spot

Not the most luxurious but everything works. Management turns off hot water on occasion and it took a while to get my fridge fixed, but everything is updated enough and spacious. I have a nice kitchen and bathroom and for $950/mo to live on my own its well worth it. There's a UT shuttle right in front and an HEB next door so very convenient.

Excellent location, good neighbourhood, fine apartment quality

Good apartment quality as compared to all apartments around in 4bloc radius. First stop for Far West UT bus. Walking distance from HEB, hospital, restaurants, pharmacy, library, post office etc. But apartments are old and not gated. Young UT crowd around.
