Bad building management
The building has gone through major renovations, which are nice but ultimately have been ruined by the prison-like atmosphere created by the property management company hired by the board. As a resident, I was told if I don't like things, I should just leave - this has been my home for over a decade, and I think I'm ready to leave. "Security" staff are rude to residents and aggressively refuse to answer questions while they patrol public areas. Office staff are unresponsive to resident questions, suggestions or complaints. The management company fired long-time building staff trusted by residents. Now residents are being hit by the management company with a mandatory cable fee for "free" cable installation in each unit - even though most residents have cut the cord due to poor service from the only available cable company. It's hard to live somewhere where the management company is so bent on making residents uncomfortable in their own homes.

South Bay Club
South Bay Club is a beautiful condominium located in the heart of South Beach. The building offers a wide variety of amenities and has a recently renovated pool. I enjoy living there, however, the management is terrible. Every few months there is a new management company, new security guards and new board members. I am under the impression that the reason for this is money laundering. All in all, I am satisfied with the building.
