Decent apartment but overpriced

This is a pretty decent-sized apartment for two people that came furnished. The bedrooms and living room in particular are a nice size. The kitchen and bathroom are a little cramped. The furnishings are pretty nice, as are the kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). It's definitely expensive for what is just a decent two person apartment, but the cheaper apartments I looked at were farther away and/or much lower quality. I haven't had any problems with the property management company so far. It took them a couple weeks to get around to it when I first submitted a maintenance request, but the apartment's in good condition compared to others I've seen in AA and they've fixed everything that needed fixing.
