CMB is pretty great
CMB has been incredibly responsive to the few questions/concerns we've raised about our apartment. When we mentioned that our vertical blinds had a habit of falling down, they sent a maintenance person to remove them and install new blinds. They are great communicators via email and phone, and I have never sent an email that didn't get a reply, even if it was an "I'll get back to you on that." Overall, would recommend!

Love this apartment
I love this apartment--bay window, wood floors, (sealed) fireplace. It's a beautiful unit and the management is very responsive and friendly. The downsides are that the bedrooms are carpeted and very small, the layout is a little awkward, there's no dishwasher, and we cannot control the radiators. However, the space is bright and welcoming and very fair for the price, and I'm thrilled to live here in spite of those issues.
