Could easily be a 10/10 but…
Overall Ive been here for 2 years now, and the apartments are beautiful, the property is amazing, and management is great and easy to reach. That being said, the walls are unfortunately very thin and undergrads take advantage of this property by throwing parties and long story short, not following the liberty way. It got so bad this year that our neighbors were evicted by management (after months and months of complaining). LUPD was called multiple times but unfortunately couldnt do anything about it due to it not being LU property. The pool is amazing, but this too is often overcrowded by undergrads who dont even live here.

Its alright but its a beautiful space
They change the lease every now and then and add fees which is annoying. So 1300 is what it is with all the tack ons and the water and gas and electric though thats technically seperate

Perfect Place to Live as a Law Student
It's a short drive to the law school, and I feel very safe there. I feel completely comfortable by myself there and walking up to the clubhouse to use the gym and amenities. Everything is brand new, and the management company keeps the premises very clean. Everything is kept up well, and the amenities are probably the nicest in the area. The apartments are very spacious, new, and beautiful inside. The only thing is that you can hear your neighbors sometimes since all units have hardwood floors, so there is very little carpet to soundproof neighbors above. overall, I would highly recommend living here.
