Vue at Brickell reviews and highlights
- awesome location in the heart of Brickell in a safe area
- water, cable, and basic internet are included
- relatively low rent for the area
- parking is pretty cheap for guests
Nice place to live in Brickell
Really safe, nice people live here. Sometimes elevators are down and it takes a long time and that is a pain. Mail and packages are sent to front desk and mail room which is often. Awesome location in the heart of brickell in a safe area. Gym and pool are really nice.

The Vue
The Vue is really close to the metro and is is an excellent location in terms of Mary Brickell. The rent here is not bad relative to neighboring Brickell buildings. The apartments vary depending on which floor you choose to live on. The penthouse floors PH1 and PH2 are spacious with high ceilings and provide the best deal for the amount you are paying. The staff here is pretty laid back. Parking is pretty cheap for guests $6 for 6 hours and I believe $14 per overnight. There are two Publixes in walking distance!

Brickell Reviews
All that said, this is still a developing neighborhood and hasn't yet reached maturity. Many units remain unoccupied, owned by foreign investors or foreigners looking for a pied-à-terre in the US (as in, they don't even rent them out!). Many restaurants are empty most of the time and turn over all the time, and while there are some great high end places, a lot of the more mid range offerings are highly commercialized designed in a boardroom type places with mediocre food and not the owner run small neighborhood joints that would give this neighborhood charm and character. It is definitely a highly walkable neighborhood, but not as walkable as it could be because of the condo "country club in the sky" kind of development with big pool complexes and huge parking garages. There are positives and negatives to that, but on street level it means less real estate for bars, stores, and restaurants. For all these reasons, people seeking a true urban environment will probably prefer Miami Beach or Coconut grove, even though the high-rises are far taller in Brickell. All that said, i think this neighborhood will continue to mature, with more full time residents moving in as people around the country discover what it has to offer.
