Great location for first time Atlantan
I moved to Atlanta and work with a company at Ponce City Market. I wasn't able to tour apartments before I came down here so I took a chance with the Flats and it's definetly paid off. While it doesn't have the amenities a lot of other apartments in the same price-range seem to have (pools, gyms, etc), you can't beat the location & amenities around. Plus my commute is a breeze :)
there is a $300 non refundable pet fee and the guest parking situation is a joke. only 8 spots available for the entire community here!
