The onboarding process was a little chaotic, but it was my first apartment and I was switching jobs when applying so paystubs were a little messy. Other than that, every maintenance request I have placed has been fixed within 24 hours, there are great amenities, and there are monthly events for residents included in the rent

Great Place, Expensive

The apartment is great. Amenities are great, trash included, gym, coffee machine, covered parking (almost $200/mo), pool, package security, etc. Great place to live with lots of windows in my unit (loft, not apartment.) Close to Mass Ave, lots of events and food opportunities.
