Sterling Crest

Sterling Crest doesn't offer the amenities of the fancier "university park" buildings, but it is a well maintained, clean, and safe complex with reasonable pricing for the area and an unbeatable location for the quality of the housing.

Sterling Crest is about a 5 minute walk from the law school, which is one of the best commutes available. The apartment is not luxury, but the appliances are relatively modern, and the rooms are fairly sized. Protected parking is small but keeps your car safe. Overall, strongly recommended.

Excellent Condo

Great apartment for 1L student who wants a near, cozy place to live.

The facilities are new. There are a washer and a dryer within the room. The door is smart - coded lock and you do not need to bring a key. The refrigerator is big. It is a new apartment so everything is new.

The location is great. Located within 5-minutes walk to the law school, I can go at 9:03am and still be on time for the 9:10am class. Super good for the first year student who wants to concentrate on study - you do not need to waste time on commuting to law school. Very close to bus 10. Convenient to go to HEB.

The management is great. They react quick and solve the problem fast.

The Condo is safe. There are 24-hours camera monitoring the condo. The whole area is safe.

Drawback: Do not have a gym within the condo. Because of the window blinds, you may need to open the light sometime during the day. Rent is high, and does not include wifi and utility. (but may not be much compared to Uptown and Sabina) Not so much room available to rent.
