Pretty Great Place, with good amenities

The apartment has a very nice gym that is open 24 hours. It is comparable to an average New York Sports Club but is often not full or empty. There is a doorman so all of your packages can be received without issue. There is also a common/coworking space where you can play pool, watch tv, host events or work!

The apartment is about 5 minutes from the Queens Plaza stop (E,M,R) and about 7 minutes for Court Square (E,M,R,G,7) and about 8 minutes from Queensboro Plaza (N,W,7). Additionally there are multiple bus stops around the area. It is very easy to travel all over from this location.

I think one thing to watch out for is that the management of the property is not the helpful. I have had appliances go out for significant time, that resulted in extra costs. When I reached out about the issue no support was provided and no concession was provided. I think management could have been more reasonable in this situation.

The staff at the building is great. The rooftop is really beautiful and spacious The views are not so great, but the actual space is green, has tv you can plug into, lots of grills and internet.

It is also important that the building is between two apartment buildings that are being built. Depending on the location of your potential apartment there could be a lot of noise. I believe the building will continue for the next two years

Terrible experience for your money

The building is new and looks luxury, with all the utilities that attracts lots of you. But, the agent and management is terrible as they rather sit back and "educate" you about their rules than actually reach out and help you. Don't ever get there during daytime cause a women group reception will guarante you your worse day in your life.

Construction all around the building, and with a chord of beautiful train noise, you are in a concert everyday. Wonderful. And don't expect to see any river view or any green trees, all you have is a concrete forest.

Every broker likes to sell Eagle Loft for some reason, I hope you dont run into one of them: they never gonna tell you about the poor management and noisy neibourghood. Get somewhere else if you are looking for a apartment.

Great Place with Awesome amenities

The apartment building has been a really nice place to stay. There is a large gym with all the equipment you could want. Things like Peloton bikes, squat racks, free weights and all the machines you would expect. The is a doorman 100% of the time, and a very expansive atrium area, as well as a rooftop and event room. The rooftop is great in the summer as it comes with grills, speakers and tv. The event room can be rented out and also has a pool table. Often, people use this room as a co-working space. The building is very close to the court sq, queens plaza, and queensboro plaza train stations. This makes it easy to go just about anywhere in the city

Good property but terrible agent

I had a good time here. But the lease agent was terrible. No reply for several weeks and require huge guarantor fee

Good value

Eagle Lofts has great apartments that have nice value for the money. I have a gym, in-unit laundry, door person, etc. for a fraction of what it would cost in other areas of the city. The biggest downside is the commute, which is ~30 minutes.
