Great Location
Trailside has a great location and well maintained amenities. The floorpans are well designed with good natural lighting and storage. Unity Park and Falls Park are walkable. The property is very pet friendly. The neighbors are a mix of young professionals and empty nesters with a few families as well. People are generally quiet and considerate neighbors. The two facilities maintenance staff are prompt, professional, and all around nice people. My only real complaint is that guest parking is inadequate to the number of units in the development. If you plan to have guests over, they will likely need to find street parking or park in a pay lot.

Thrilled with Trailside
I've been thrilled with Trailside at Reedy Point. The buildings have an excellent location, and are walkable to Greenville ONE. The apartments are thoughtfully laid out with excellent finishes. The amenities are lovely. The rent is comparable and competitive for similar buildings downtown.
My only critique is that the leasing office had lackluster communication and was disorganized. Everything was sorted out by move in day, but it did require a lot of follow up on my part.
Overall I am very pleased with Trailside.

nice amenities, close to walk to school and downtown Greenville, and great management. Just make sure not to get a unit right on the main road.... LOUD
