Expensive but worth it!

Over 30 restaurants within 2 blocks. 15 minute walk from downtown campus. 10% discounts on many nearby restaurants. 10% maybe 20% discount on the Kipton Hotel nextdoor. Fry shopping a half a block away. Baseball and basketball stadiums directly across the street. Amazing pool and gym both open 24 hours. Free wifi access at pool or clubhouse. Great staff. Very friendly. Wine down Wednesdays with free wine and socials. They also have random events each month where they buy breakfast or lunch. They get 40-50 orders of like a box lunch and it is first come first serve. You couldn't have a better place in the world of Covid. You won't want to leave.
