Great, but expensive

everything is pretty great, but it's a bit overpriced. They just increased rent by 7% for my new lease

Good fit

Pros: free parking almost always available, small apartment gym, washer/dryer, minimal traffic in the area, costco & winco both wiithin half mile, and bike path close by
Cons: Expensive rent, no A/C (need to buy portable), utilities are expensive here, and 5-6mi from campus
