Awesome apartment with good management
I love my apartment, the layout is great and my neighbors are nice. Management is responsive and the valet trash service is awesome. It was super clean when I moved in and the walls/floors are high-quality.

Very Good with some issues
I like my apartment. It is a good price for the space and the management is very nice. The management has been updating their apartments with new floors and appliances. I have had some issues with the maintenance people not taking some of my complaints seriously, leading to my AC being out for a month. There are lots of windows so it gets lots of sunlight and the neighborhood is nice. Mostly young families live in the townhomes so it is quiet for the most part. It is about a 5-minute drive to campus and about a 20-minute walk. They do charge a pet fee unless you have an emotional support or service animal. There is no gym or pool but if those aren't important for you it is a great place to live.

Great Townhouse
I moved into a Campus View townhome at the end of my 2L year. It has been a wonderful experience. The management company is super friendly and helpful and the unit is in a great location.
