The Grand
I have had no complaints about this place except for management, sometimes they can be slow to complete your work order. Other than that, all utilities are paid for in rent and is located in such a convenient location. Close to many restaurants and bars.

Excellent Apts
Excellent apts with dog park, kids park, swimming pool and big parking lot. Close to 295 freeway. Amenities are good and location is really good. Management is not as good as the apts are. Rent is reasonable and pet friendly apts. Close to grocery shopping.

The Grand In Cherry Hill is located on off Route 70. It is in a very safe area. It represents a relatively good value. All utilities are incuded and parking is not a hassle. Gym was recently renovated. Overall a good value. Apartment does allow pets which is annoying for people who don't own pets. Management is ok but harbour group, the new managment as consitently raised rents and is not as friendly as the previous management group. Overall a nice place to live.
