Keystone Condos/Cottages

The management is super accessible and willing to help you with everything. There are virtually no amenities other than a dog park, but the neighborhood is very quiet and sweet. It is about 10 minutes from the square, 7 from the school.

OM Rentals is probably the most laid-back rental company. The Condos are the newest build that they have, but the cottages are also pretty nice--just older. The houses are super nice, and a really big walk-in closet. There aren't any amenities besides a dog park, but I think the price reflects that. This is technically the cheapest 1 bedroom I found in Oxford. I lived here all 3 years of law school and loved every minute of it.

Keystone Condos have nice amenities, and maintain a clean, well-lit neighborhood. Any issues I have called about was dealt with in a timely manner and with good workmanship. The only downside I would say is there is limited parking per house and the single bedroom lacks storage, but those are things I'm happy to overlook due to how amazing everything else has been in my experience. I would highly recommend this neighborhood, and recommend to apply/tour as early as possible (February/March).

The thing i like best is that there are 1,2,3 bedroom options. Keystone is like little houses to yourself in a neighborhood. It is quite and a great neighbors. The community consist of some families, some graduate/undergrad students, and others in the late 20s to early 30s. it is easy access to jackson ave and to campus in less than 10 min

It has been great. We don’t have amenities, but it is a new build with super updated appliances as well as a dog park. I have a front porch swing and plenty of space as someone living alone.

This is my second year living at Keystone Cottages II, managed by OM Rentals. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience. It's a great place if your looking for a quiet space and one where you do not have to share walls.

Super helpful management staff who are quick to get back to you and fix any issues in a timely manner. Very nice place to live for a reasonable price given the amenities. These are the hidden gems of apartments in Oxford!!
