AMLI Decatur - good location, over priced but very noisy
The apartment is about 12 minutes from campus. It is very nice apartment but also very pricey. The building management is not the greatest. The apartment can be very noisy being located next to the street.

Great building, only 6-7 minutes from Emory by car
Building is great, mostly young professionals and students, with a few families sprinkled in. The gym is nice and spacious. Really cool amenity spaces/game room that no one has really had the chance to use since they've been closed due to COVID. Parking is included in rent. Only bad thing is the ceilings/floors, but that is probably more a testament to my noisy upstairs neighbors than the building construction. Management is helpful and very responsive, my application process had a million technical issues but it wasn't their fault and they handled it very well. Also right by Decatur Square which has a bunch of restaurants, bars, and shops.
