209 Miller Ave is a great place to live
The house is very nice and well-located. It can be a little cold and drafty and is rather old, so you need to strategize closing certain doors (like to the basement) and opening certain doors (where the best heating vents are) in order to maximize heating efficiency during the winter. There is a nice, though small, backyard and plenty of space. The individual bedrooms are small (except for a large Master bedroom) but each has enough space for a full bed. Only the downstairs bedroom has no closet and insufficient room for a desk (but it is also the warmest). Dave is very responsive and loves to work on the house, though he sometimes comes over too much.

Great house! Landlord is excellent, very attentive, and kind! He even brought us a massive gift basket around the holidays with all kinds of goodies. It was a great treat during exams. Only problem is the house had a chipmunk problem -- no, not a mouse problem -- which we did finally get resolved. Caught a couple dozen chipmunks in the meantime though.
