PMSI is very responsive and my location is great! Highly recommend this building.

Wood floors, lots of space, managemt company is very responsive. Waaher and dryer included in basement. Only downside is no dish washer or a/c (though that’s really only an issue in September)

Great Spot Walking Distance from Ross
My apartment is a great size for 1-2 people. Living room, kitchen, 4 closets, bathroom (small) and bedroom. Parking spot included behind the house in a small lot. Neighbors in the building are all grad students but walls are thin and I can often hear people walking above me. Some undergrad neighbors. 8 minute walk to Ross. Management is very responsive and always friendly! Only big downside is no A/C but that's only a problem a few months a year.
