Not Bad
Walls are a bit thin, so some noise from neighbors nearby, and the units don't have a/c on the top floor, so I recommend buying a fan for your bedroom.
But affordable if you have 1 roommate, decently close to campus since you are against traffic on the 55 and a couple exits away from school.
