Close to campus; lots of noise
This apartment is conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Peabody's campus. It is approximately a ten minute walk to campus, which makes it very easy to get to class. However, it is also located right in the heart of Midtown. Many of the adjoining units are Air B&B properties, and the tourists that visit are often loud and rowdy. In addition, the party bus route is right in front of the apartment, and you can often hear the country music playing from nearby Midtown honky Tonks. In short, this apartment is decent. It offers a convenient location, but at the cost of loud neighbors.
